So, from this perspective, let's consider spiritual practice.

"I'm going to become more spiritual. I am going to become more loving."

It's like we want to repeat what's already happened.

-You're just sitting with the feeling. -[gunshots]

and it's a case of mistaken identity.

So this is, like, this kind of infinite...

Any spiritual practice that's, like, trying to get to something.

Now, let's take this out of my wacky life and back to 2,500 years ago.
